what is breathwork?
Breathwork means different things to different people, providing various experiences. Essentially, it involves paying attention to your breath, being aware of it. It also includes conscious breathing, where you deliberately follow specific breathing patterns to positively affect your mind and body. This involves deepening and focusing on a steady breath pattern, which can change your state of consciousness.
This intentional breathing helps energy flow through your body, bringing up and letting go of hidden emotions.
In our sessions together, we explore your subconscious mind, working to uncover repressed emotions, memories, and trauma. Our aim is to support you on a journey toward inner peace and discovering your true potential.
